How does Mill End Store buy fabric?

We purchase first-quality, excess fabric inventory from manufacturers and designers from around the country. Our fabrics may be manufacturer overruns, excess fabric from a designer’s line or fabric mill.

Do you offer any special discounts?

Competitor Coupons: We accept local fabric store competitor coupons up to 20% on one cut of fabric. Printed or mobile coupons are ok. ONLY single fabric cut honored, up to 20%, not on entire sale. Discounts taken off regular price, cannot be used with any other discount, coupon, or on special orders. Sorry, no double discounts. ONE COUPON ONLY per customer/per day, no exceptions.

Teacher & Student: You may receive 10% off your entire purchase with your school ID.

Business Discount: Businesses may purchase a yellow discount card for $15 per year / 10% off entire purchase.

Senior Citizen: Seniors (65 years +) who shop Tuesdays from 10am-1pm are eligible for 15% off any regular priced item. Seniors may also purchase a discount card for $5 per year / 10% off entire purchase.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Wholesale pricing is determined on a case by case basis for orders of 50 yards or more. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Do you offer sewing classes?

Our Beaverton location offers classes from time to time. Please call or drop by the Beaverton store to check for current class availability and registration @ 503-646-3000.

What is Mill End Store’s return policy?

We accept return/exchanges within 30 days of purchase with MES receipt.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON:

  • CUT FABRIC (Under 5 yds)
  • Flat Folds/Annex Fabric & Trims
  • Knitting needles/Crochet hooks
  • Books/Patterns/Magazines
  • Scissors/Pillows/Batting/Polyfill
  • Discounted & Clearance Items
  • Personal Items (loose/opened packages, headpieces, bra cups, dress shields, should pads)
  • Candy/Cards/Hats/Gift Items/Feathers/Jewelry

* Yarn may be returned within 6 months of purchase with MES receipt, if skeins not used & current dye lot.

All returns & exchanges are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Does Mill End Store have an online store?

Can you reorder my fabric?

Typically, we cannot reorder fabrics. Since we are buying the last of fabric inventory from manufacturers & designers, it is no longer available.

Quilting Cottons: Some of our quilting cottons are purchased directly from vendors, so please contact our cottons experts to check for availability.

Large Quantity: If you would like to buy a large amount, e.g. 10+ yards, there are certain fabrics that we can special order for you. Our sales staff can assist you with the selections, amounts, & prices that are available. The minimum amount required for special orders may vary.
